XPENG FLYING CAR TESTED IN CHINA

This is the latest experimental self-driving car made in China. The test flight is being conducted by AeroHT, a subsidiary of electric vehicle manufacturer Xpeng.

The Voyager X2, a two-seater smart electric vehicle, performed a vertical takeoff and landing in Langfang City in Hebei Province in the presence of numerous spectators.

The test flight lasted just over two minutes. There were no passengers inside.

The car weighs 680 kilograms with a payload of 160 kilograms. It is designed for short flights around the city and has an environmental certificate. At the same time, the company claims that the model does not emit carbon dioxide during flight.

The peculiarity of a flying car is its ease of use. The developers say that driving can be learned in an hour.
