According to Park, it is difficult to list all the dishes that will be on the buffet.
“We’ll have paella, rack of lamb, wagyu steak. There’s something for everyone, not to mention a variety of fish, like fresh black snapper Veracruz style, one of my favorite dishes. It will be a feast.”
All this abundance is created through careful planning. The menu takes into account the number of guests so that overspending is minimal.
