The 9th North Cyprus Top Model International Competition was held at the Grand Sapphire Resort, impressing with its high level of organization. The winner of the contest was Hayat Gökel representing the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, the second place went to Eveli Maria from Canada and the third place to Athena Podsevalova from France. The title “Grand Sapphire Beauty” was awarded to Russian Anastasia Devyaterikova
The contest, held for the ninth time under the leadership of Hayriye Vurdu Organization, attracted international attention. The models presented collections by famous designers: the first show featured swimwear by Pinar Kerimoglu and the second show featured outfits by Ozge Hulisiaga, creative director of Atelier Of YOS. The evening ended with a fashion show from Erol Albayrak, a renowned fashion designer whose cropped outfits added elegance to the final outing.
The event also featured performances by presenters Alp Kırşan and Demet Şener, with music provided by popular Turkish singer Tugba Yurt. A special highlight of the evening was the unexpected birthday celebration of the organizer of the contest, Hayriye Vurdu, right on stage, which added a warm and friendly atmosphere to the event.
