Additionally, new smartphones offer AI-assisted search functionality. That is, you can circle any part of the image on the screen, after which matches will be found in Google.
The new Galaxy S24 will use Gemini Nano generative artificial intelligence technology. In particular, Gemini Pro and Imagen 2 technology for converting text into an image via the cloud.
It will also be possible to translate voice recordings and edit photos and videos, using AI to fill in non-existent backgrounds or frames.

“Everyone is talking about generative artificial intelligence, and Samsung has really started to offer it. People will find some things very interesting. For example, Circle to Search, developed by Google, will be the first to appear on these Samsung phones. And also – direct translation of a phone call or text message exchange. It’s kind of sci-fi futuristic stuff.”
In this case, such functions will be downloaded to each user’s device, and a connection to the cloud will not be required for their operation. According to the company, this will provide more security for personal information.
Only 5% of smartphones released in 2024 will be equipped with artificial intelligence. But this figure is expected to rise to 45% in 2027.
The Galaxy S24 series will go on sale on January 31st. The cost of different models will range from 800 to 1300 US dollars.
