Algerian Selma prepares an inflatable board for the competition. Will participate in them for the second year in a row.
In Boumerdes, SUP races are held every summer. This year 75 people are participating, 18 of them are women.
Participants in the competition say that religion does not prohibit them from engaging in such sports.
Even children participate in the competition, since this sport is considered quite simple.
Boumerdes is located on the Mediterranean coast in the north of the country. Algerians come here to relax in the summer. Supboard racing is being held here for the 10th time.
