DONALD TRUMP WIN THE NEVADA CAUQUES

Donald Trump won the Nevada caucuses, which determined the main candidate from the Republican Party. Now he is one step closer to becoming Joe Biden’s main rival in the November presidential election.

He previously easily won the U.S. Virgin Islands caucuses. Trump won 182 of the 246 votes cast there, beating his last remaining opponent in the Republican race, Nikki Haley. She received 64 votes.

In Nevada, they could not decide on what system to select candidates, so there the Republican Party organized not only caucuses, but also primaries. Donald Trump did not participate in the latter. It is noteworthy that Nikki Haley lost in the “Against Everyone” section. She received half as many votes.

The caucuses took place two days after the primaries.

After winning Nevada and the Virgin Islands, Trump addressed supporters in Las Vegas.

Donald Trump also won the GOP primary in Iowa and New Hampshire last month.
