ÖNEMLİ DUYURU

Kısmi Sokağa Çıkma Yasağı Emirnamesi çerçevesinde halkımıza en hızlı ve güvenli şekilde yardımcı olmak, destek vermek için çalışan Kaymakamlıklarımızın acil destek hatları ve WhatsApp mesaj hatları aşırı yoğunluk yaşamaktadır.

Bu durumun acil hizmet ve yardımların aksamasına neden olmaması için kişilerin sokağa çıkma izin belgesi başvurusu amacıyla sadece kendi ilçelerindeki kaymakamlıkların irtibat numaraları ve WhatsApp mesaj hatlarından tek başvuru yapmaları yeterli olmaktadır.

Acil hizmet ve desteklerin aksamaması, halkımızdan gelen acil taleplere yaygın cevap verebilmek amacıyla sokağa çıkma izin belgesi başvurularında bölge polis müdürlüklerine de yetki verilmiştir. Kişiler kendi bölge polis müdürlüklerinden de izin belgesi başvurusu yapabilecektir. Bunun yanı sıra kişilerin sokağa çıkma izin belgesi başvurusu için altı ilçe Kaymakamlığı hafta içi Saat: 09.00-13.00 arasında sadece sokağa çıkma izin belgesi başvurusu almak için açık tutulacaktır.

Kısmi Sokağa Çıkma Yasağı Emirnamesi kapsamı dışında kalanlar ve verilen irtibat/ WhatsApp mesaj hatlarına birden fazla mesaj atan kişilerin izin belgesi başvuruları oluşturulan denetim sistemi tarafından güvenlik tedbirleri açısından ret edilecektir. İzin Belgesi Başvurusu yapacak olan kişilerin Kaymakamlıklara ve Bölge Polis Müdürlüklerine tek başvuru yapmış olması gerekmektedir.
